Shopped here at 11/12/2021 at 2 pm. The two women at the cashier were having a long conversation and not doing their job. They... were extremely rude and aggressive when I asked for assistance. I think the personal should be more prepared, I'm a tourist and I have my id border pass that I can use like valid Id in USA,... she just said "I didn't see it before so is not valid", and yeah she was the manager or at least that's what she said.Unbelievable!!! Read more

Ordered a simple chicken tender sandwich as soon as I came in, paid for everything, then waited 10 minutes for it to come out... after they said it would take 4 minutes. This wouldn't be too big of an issue if there wasn't a thick black strand of hairhanging from my sandwich when I picked it up at my job site. Edit: went here again, waited 15 minutes this time, then when Ifinally got my food, there was yet another hair in it. None of the kitchen ladies wear hairnets and after two bad experienceswith hair in my food it is clear they need to start. Read more
