If you wanna wait 20-25 mins for some "fast food" this is the place to come. Customer service looks like they are herding cats.I... watched multiple people tell them they ordered a while ago and never received their order. I only had an hour lunch and littledid I know McDonald's has changed from fast food to fine dining with these wait times. If your in a hurry find another place.This is exquisite dining only! Pay no attention to your order. There is a 50-50 chance you?ll get what you paid for. Strawberry cream pies taste and look like... apple pie. An autopsy confirmed it. Rather than change an order just substitute because they won?t know. Order a shake and ifthey don?t feel like making one the machine is down or being cleaned. You can count on two things. 15 minutes waiting on a $9 sandwich that looks like they literally threw it in the bag and shook it. Most of my sandwich isn't... even between the buns. It's all in the box like a salad. I bet everyone in there thinks they deserve a raise too. Just dobetter. It's not hard. Before you put in the box make sure it's presentable. Make sure someone can enjoy it. At this point yallshould just give us the ingredients and let us put it together. We tried this McDonald's three times during our stay on the island. First time, waited in a line at the drive through at 930pm... (closing time was listed at 11pm). Cars in front of us ordered and drove around. We got there and was never acknowledged. Drove around and all the lights had been shut off and we were told they closed early. Second visit, middle of the day, coldsandwich and cold apple pie. We asked about their hours and were told 11pm every night. Third visit, 9:50pm. Got to the driveup window at 9:57pm. Pulled in to see 12 cars in drive thru lane....2nd lane was closed. After 20 minutes decided to park and go in. No one at... counter. You have to do your own order on kiosk. Did that. Made my drinks. Waited for my order only to have parts of my ordermissing. Atleast 6 employees standing around. Fries were warm to cold. Just don't get it ..maybe 2 other customers sitting attables....Now I remember why I don't goto McDonald's! Read more
All these one star reviews are for a reason. I?ve been all over the US and this is consistently the worst by far. The Drive... thru line is so slow. Inside customer service is bad and you had better check your order for accuracy because they are notaccurate. Unfortunately there are almost no other fast food choices on the area. Read more
Pulled up to the drive through, lady greeted me through headset then proceeded to ignore and not speak to me. Told her my whole... order and everything. I waited about 10 minutes before finally pulling out and just going to a different restaurant. I know fastfood is hard and annoying but your there for 8 hours, the least you could do is your job ya know. Read more
Visit at Hilton head for a week. Came to this McDonald?s every morning. According to the Internet, they?re open at 6 o?clock.... Don?t count on it. Not one single morning was I able to get waited on until at least 20 minutes after 6. No excuses. In fact,they actually argued with me. The last morning, thankfully, I was here, they took my code. When I got to the window argued withme about what time they open, gave me my discount, and then tried to charge me, even though I paid for it through the app. WhenI explained to them and showed them that the App Pay has my visa, they said ?it?s too early, the apps not working this morning.?Interesting, since it was working when they gave me the discount.
