It was the first time I was visiting this place, I just did not know I could order by the app. So the first girl who talked to... me was very rude with me, she had black curly hair and was upset for that. Also, just because the way I speak she started totalk to me louder and slower and it just wasn't nice. The other girl was nice at least. Read more

Great food, always fresh, but not sure we will return. My ONLY issue is having witnessed on separate occasions the staff and... management being rude to senior customers who either had a hard time hearing the associate or was slower than other customers.It was so unnecessary and uncomfortable to watch the staff take such an immature and mean-spirited tone with customers. I ambeside myself. We all have a choice of where to dine on in HHI so we'll consider other options for subs. Read more

If I could rate a zero I would. The people that work in there have zero manners and were so rude. We were not the only customers... they were rude to and they acted like they hated their life. If you want to work in the food industry, you at least have to havea polite personality. I have never came across such rude people at a restaurant. Not bad, but I?ve definitely had better. I guess it was busy for them so any walk-in customers couldn?t order hot sandwiches as... they told someone only ?internet customers? could order hot ones. Still, the sandwich lacked real flavor. It reminded me of subsfrom middle school 30+ years ago, or the Army?s ?happy meals? that were frozen for field use I ate in the 90?s-00?s. I would give a zero if I could. I walk in to this location at 7 pm this evening. There was one couple in front of me. There were... FIVE people working behind the counter. After a 5 minute wait, one of the employees asked me "what do you want". I ordered a 55.She never looked at me but said we are not doing hot subs right now. No other explanation. I just stood there. I did not knowwhat to say. There was only the couple I mentioned in the store. When the employee walked away, I shook my head. As I walkedtowards the door a second employee said "we are not doing hot subs right now". No explanation as to why. So I stopped, lookedher in the eye (something none of the five employees on duty had the courtesy to do to me) and said "You have five people behindthe counter and you cannot make one sub"? When I walked in I was greeted by a man he was very nice. I enjoyed the experience up until my sandwich began getting dressed. ... I order the sub club like always.The young lady began dressing my sandwich and tossed everything on it. I asked her politely tostop tossing everything she than caught a little attitude ???? I didn't want to be one of those customers so I let her ways fallthrough. She squirted a lot of mustard and vinegar I than asked her are you okay because I never saw this type of behavior whenordering from them.
