Great location at beach park. Well known for the daiquiri menu. The strawberry shortcake tasted spot on as well as the... Creamsicle. The Buffalo chicken with blue cheese sandwich had huge clumps of cheese and a heat kick. Custom ordered whitepizza was delicious. Awesome service from Brooke Pizza was good, not great, but the toppings were fresh. The cheese was decent but it needed more... time in the oven to get a bit more toasty and golden-ish, errbody knows that's when the flavor comes out. The wings were reallygood, hot but not over cooked. She brought the flavors out on the side for us. Frozen drink was orange crush. This drink was soocold it kept giving me brain freeze, the alcohol was not over powering but could be tasted and it was an excellent choice, Irecommend them 100% The food was good and for the pricing it could not be beat, easy going atmosphere and fun place to grabsome food, it can get crowded and I'm sure they may have issues from.time to time but for our day it worked outwonderfully. First time we ate here and the good was pretty good. The pizza was amazing! Very fresh and worth the price. I got the grouper... bites and wasn't impressed. The fish had so much breading on them, It took away from the taste of fish, very greasy and so wasthe fries. I'll go back but not getting fish there anymore. We were there twice. First night was about 8:30 and we were sat in the back. (We were a larger party) service was a little on... the slow side - but everything was delicious. I had the grouper sandwich and it was very good. We fought a couple flies but nottoo bad. The service night i went back by myself and got the grouper sandwich again (still good!) and the bacon wrappedscallops. Very good as well. BUT this night I fought the flies something terrible. I asked to move they were so bad. One of thehostesses said they have made the management aware so they could spray but it hasn?t happened yet. The Frosty Frog is a very good choice for food, family time, and fun. We have stopped in for lunch in each of our trips to... Hilton Head Island. Located in the Coligny Plaza shopping area this restaurant is a great place to sit down and gather family orfriends together for a good meal. We love the casual atmosphere and usually sit outside. We enjoy seeing all of the peoplepassing by and they have plenty of fans set up outside to help with the potential heat and bugs in the area. The food has a lotof variety from seafood to chicken and beef. Serving sizes are plenty and will probably have you asking for a to go box. Ourwaiters and waitresses have been outstanding in each of our visits. One opportunity to keep in mind is how busy the ColignyPlaza is and how hard it is to find a parking spot. It can take minutes up to an hour to just find a place to park. I would justencourage you to have a plan or try to go when it is less busy as the parking can takeaway from a great experience that FrostyFrog and Coligny provide. Enjoy! Read more
