Sat within 20ft of pu counter for 15 min. Never heard our #. Music & loud air handler. Order had been sitting, luke warm.... Offered to remake fries. Declined. Meat was tough. Make it right 1st time. Will never go back. Perhaps if 3/6 of staff hadntgone to the break room to enjoy the warm pizza which was delivered they would have noticed my husband and I were waiting!!! Read more

Super friendly service at the counter, the food was a little pricey for fast food, but the burgers and fries were delicious
There was a long way but the cashier politely apologized for it, which helped. I ordered two burgers and a regular fry and when... I got the order the fries were missing. It turned out the cashier did not hear me order the fries and I explained that that mustbe what happened and I will pay for them. The employee asked what size fry did I want and told me they would just give them tome for free if I would wait, so I did. This is an example of going the extra mile which you don't see very often these days. Itreally helps me because I am extra broke right now and those free fries were everything. Thank you for the excellent service andthe delicious food as always. These places are short stuffed right now so please be extra kind. There were only three employeesworking that day. Read more

Tasty?? Very!!! Anything I ordered I would say comparing to the other fast food restaurants , Five Guys is the best BUT PRICEY.... Still I will visit once a week! Read more
