One of our favorite places to go in Hilton head island. The Mexican food is always so fresh and quick. We got 3 Ahi tuna tacos... with avocado, chicken tostada and steak taco along with nachos and drinks for $25. They have a salsa bar complete with cilantro,onion, pico, jalapeno and 3 different salsas. You must try! Read more

Stopped in based on ratings and descriptions of fresh, fast, and friendly service did not disappoint! We are visiting from out of state and were yearning for some good Mexican food while visiting Hilton Head Island. So, we did a... little research and decided on Fiesta Fresh Mexican Grill. Among the items our family ordered were nachos, taquitos, tacos(chicken, carnitas, ground beef, and fish), a wet steak burrito, and a bean burrito. The food came out promptly and allofferings were tasty. I especially enjoyed the carnitas, and the nachos that we shared were also quite good. To conclude ourmeal, we shared an order of warm sopapillas with honey. Delicious! The restaurant was clean, the staff nice, the food tasty, andthe iced tea refreshing.
