Wanted to go inside because the menu was somewhat complicated for a first timer. But chairs were stacked and doors were locked,... with no sign indicating whether it was open or not. However, got back in the car for the drive thru since others were there. Ididn't want to deal with reading such a long menu in a drive thru so we just got two milkshakes. They were so thick (in a goodway) that I had to wait until I got home to drink it because the straw wasn't cutting it. Way better than a competitormilkshake. Drive thru was super fast! Read more

Probably the shortest drive-thru line of any Cook-out that I?ve visited. The food was fresh and delicious, and the staff was... friendly. If I had a complaint, it would be that they close a lot earlier than others, but in a retirement community and familytourism destination, I guess this is expected. I?ve eaten here twice during my stay (2 weeks and counting) and will visitagain. Read more
Horrible! I'm not sure why they thought this amount of onions on a 1/4 lb. Single burger was okay. It is not. You can't see the... burger or the bun. When I saw there was a Cookout near my job, I was glad to have a better option than the others. NEVER AGAIN Read more
Food was good ???????? Enjoyed all the items. Milkshakes were bomb ???????? the best. Loved Cajun fries and hush puppies. Spicy... chicken sandwich was bland, cajun wrap was good. I also ordered for spicy chicken sandwich tray with quesadilla and ranch wrapon sides, but instead got chicken quesadilla as main entree with 1 side quesadilla and wrap. Only one tray was messed up, staffgave me wrong food. No complaints on the taste of the food. All were good except the spicy chicken sandwich. The drive throughwaiting time is ridiculously slow. Took nearly 45-50 minutes to place order and get my food. Dead slow, poor service. The drivethrough microphone and speaker is horrible, the staff voice was so minimal and microphone is horrible, I had to repeat everysingle item multiple times. PLEASE FIX YOUR DRIVE THROUGH SPEAKERS AND MIC and also IMPROVE TO PROVIDE QUICKER SERVICE. Read more
Cheese curds are amazing, onions rings are delicious as well as all of the food!
