Me and my boyfriend came here on 10/24 for our anniversary and had Michelle as our server. She was so wonderful and so... Knowledgeable about everything. Even though she was busy, she always made time to stop and chat with us and make sure we wereokay. She took splendid care of us! The food is outstanding regardless of what you get. It was so good, we had to come back on10/29 to get a couple of appetizers and see Michelle and say hi one more time! During our recent visit to Hilton Head, S.C. in mid September we were fortunate to enjoy a Monday evening at Chez Georges... (it’s on ‘restaurant row’, New Orleans Road). The Wine Dinner special menu and presentation by owner sommelier, GeorgeCasalicchio; and executive chef, Chef Eric was beyond expectation. Every wine, from the welcome champagne to the dessert wine,was thoughtfully selected and fully customized to a 5-course cuisine serving of “extraordinary”. We were two of forty othersin the well-appointed dining area who were treated to exceptional service and superb presentation(s). From beginning to end, theexperience was par excellence – and memorable. We loved the food so much we returned on Tuesday to sample their fall menu -delicious! We dined at the bar – such fun! Having fully embraced the work from home life, I rarely leave home. However, nothing gets me out of the house like Chez... George. My wife still talks about this octopus, and she's a very snobby seafood connoisseur. Beyond the incredible food anddrinks, I think what stood apart for us was the staff/culture. We truly felt like family... a local Hilton Headite(ette?). Ithas become a household favorite of ours, returning here with more regularity than we do the golf courses! Read more

Made a reservation on the recommendation of a friend. Wow, simply wow. Glad we did. The staff was flexible and safe(Covidwise)... and we couldn’t be happier.
