We stopped on our way to Niagara Falls, it was 45 minutes before closing, and they did not mind!! Angelico our waiter was... amazing!! The food was delicious, I ordered the seafood pasta, seafood was cooked perfect and the sauce and noodles wereamazing! My husband had the stuffed flounder, which he finished so it was great. This place was good but the service wasn't great. The food was nothing special. We got the calamari and there were more fried... baña peppers than actual squid pieces, felt like a waste of $$. We had to ask for appetizer plates and asked one of the busboys to send our waitress over. The food was just ok, nothing special. There are many other restaurants on island that blow thisplace out of the water. I liked the venue. I got the shrimp basket with grilled shrimp, it had double the fries then shrimp. Read more
Good place to enjoy the night after Dolphin tour Nextdoor. After taking the last Dolphin tour, we are hungry and found this... place for a delicious seafood dinner. They are very busy during the spring break week, outdoor seating are almost full whileonly couple of people select indoor seating. Seafood are cooked in transitional American style, fried oysters, clams, scallopsand steamed shrimp, French Fries are always welcomed. Kids menu is also good, besides traditional macaroni and chicken nuggetsoptions, kinds can order like adults for snow crab leg. Very good experience for both adults and kid. Read more
Pretty good food and drinks. The view out over the water was really nice. The vibe was coastal relaxation. Just what we were... looking for. We went early afternoon on a weekday and it was not too busy. Even the Market price on the Crabcakes didn't breakthe bank. Read more
So just arrive and the first add I saw for a Crabcake looked awesome. The restaurant is actually sandwiched between two other... restaurants so, no you are not even having a visual of the water. The staff is young but friendly. The crab Cakes? I’m gonnagive it an 8. Side of roasted corn and Lima beans was yummy. Surprise !!!! Get the Shecrab soup. I was excited to try this place as it was part of the crab club and I had tried crazy crab earlier in the week an it was... delicious. When I arrived with no reservations I was seated quickly. I was asked if I wanted to sit outside and I said sureonly to be seated outside in a hallway or something. I was not able to see anything but the bar that was between me and outside.That was okay as I as I could watch the football games. I sat there for about 12 minutes before the bartender can over andasked if I had been helped. I told her no. She brought me some water and was nice to take my order. I wished I had gone back tocrazy crab as the food at Carolina Crab Co. had no flavor not even butter or salt that may have helped. I understand thateveryone talks about being short staff but this was not the case as staff were chatting. I did let the young lady know that Iappreciate that she notice I had not been helped and came over take my order. I also left her a nice tip. I am a very patientperson and like to give people the benefit of the doubt. Better customer service is needed or else you wont have customers. Food was great, but the service has room for improvement. I order a Margarita and it was so strong I really couldn’t enjoy... it. I don’t need to get drunk on my first drink. Read more
