This has down right have to be the worst Burger King in South Carolina. Come on, its Hilton Head Island!!! No ice, no beef for... burgers and the fries are almost always oil drenched and stale. This franchise needs to be replaced with something moreapplealing and professional. This is my first ever review, I just felt it necessary to warm others of my constant issue withthis establishment. So I kept giving this place another chance since they are now the only BK in the area, but yesterday was the last time. I know... the moz sticks were from the day before, all the food was cold, no napkin, no receipt, no sauces until I asked, no Coca colaproducts, only sweet tea or apple juice. Previously I had the one guy working make his own onion rings by breading an onionintended for the burgers, tiny bit of breaded onion in the bottom of the container, still charged almost $5 for a full sizeonion ring order. Often closed or won't answer during business hours even though they are inside, often one employee working byhimself, food is cold and bad. What exactly do they have to do to be shut down by corporate? These same reviews go on for years.Take note of all the 5 star reviews referring to the manager as Big Man. Note how impressed they are with the fresh grease.Customers do not do this. Read more

Terrible customer service. This location cancels my door dash every time. When asked why they tell me to talk to my driver? my... driver doesn?t make the food? I?ve left voicemails including my contact information requesting to speak to the manager/ ownerand I?ve never received a reply. This is not how you run a business especially on Hilton Head. Came in tonight after a long day of running around. Went thru the drive-thru. Upon ordering the kid in the drivethru added... mozzarella sticks, which I did not order and did not let me finish my order at all. I pulled around to the window and asked if Icould finish my order. The kid started to argue with me about what I did and did not order. He was very rude and would notfinish taking my order. I promptly took my services and money to Five Guys and am very glad I did. I definetly see why thereviews on this store are so low. I will continue to go elsewhere. Read more

Only had one person working. He was doing his best but burger and fries cold, bun top missing a huge piece and cracked all... over. Keep trying them off and on but this is last time. Get a new owner. Read more

Drive thru wait time is 25minutes. The Franchise owner needs to step up and cattle prod the staff working there on Dec22nd2020@... 1600hrs...I think these 2 guys eat 1 whopper for every person they serve and they walk in slow motion and pls dont request themfor anything...they show attitude. Anyways, got my beyond burger after 25 or so minutes. The mozzarella sticks were not evenmelted inside.But the burger was excellent. I come here often but this time I picked up the wrong shift. 1st time dissatisfiedwith the service. Read more
