This place is the business! Really great food in a casual environment. If you’re a shrimp and oyster fan, plan to get here for... happy hour and just go to town. Seriously, my wife and I split 18 oysters, 60 shrimp, and a salad. Everything wasphenomenal—the vegetables in the salad were super fresh, my son’s fries looked hand cut, and our friend’s burger made mesalivate from across the table. Great place! My husband and I had a rare night out on a Tuesday and they exceeded our expectations! I wanted live music and a... bite to eat and they had both at 11:00 p.m.!! We arrived late and needed some food. Thought we would have to settle, but we found Brother Shuckers, Open 2: 00 am. We arrived... late for food around 11:00 pm. The kitchen was open. The food was great. Fresh locally Harvested fish. Not late night bar food.The owner was very gracious and helpful in ordering our food. We were seated immediately, received water right away, drinksright behind. Then the food. Everything was on point. Very good crowd considering I t was Sunday night after 11:00 pm. The foodwas great for anytime. The staff was great. The crowd was good. The love music was outside and it was great as well. Definitelyrecommend checking this place out. Phenomenal food!! My husband and I stopped in for dinner and he got the Brother Burger and I got the Bison Burger. He said it... was one of the best burgers he's ever had! Came upon this gem by happenstance after leaving the beach and happy that I did. Some of the best oysters ever. Service is... beyond amazing. Bartender is friendly and very informative about the menu, which is impressive to me as a self proclaimedfoodie. And the chefs are amazing too, very nice. Will definitely make this visit again. I wanted to hear some live music and this was the place we found on a Thursday night on the island. When we arrived just after... 9pm, the place was hopping. There were several bars/grills located in this section, which was nice, just walk from one to theother! The music was pouring out of this place in the back, so we followed the sidewalk. The music was great and the peoplethere were nice, not rude or stupid drunk. Everyone danced and enjoyed the music. I ordered Guinness from inside. I close out mytab with each drink on the rare times that I'm in a bar - I've just heard it's best that way. You must have a minimum of $10 todo that here, so keep that in mind. Whoever said you had to have a good attitude when your a bartender? Well, try the OWNER! Theonly drawback to my night was being ignored by one bartender (some tall guy), but luckily a nice lady helped me - each time, asa matter of fact. But on one occasion when I went to the bar I motioned to him and said "I'm not invisible!" He was a littlesurprised, lol There's a lot of competition out there, always remember that.
