Our salads came out with the steaks even though we asked for them sooner.My steak was over cooked and our shrimp cocktail never... came out as the appetizer. Waiter said it was a glitch in the computer. We also asked about bread and were told that it was onthe menu and needed to be ordered. I asked for a spoon to mix my iced tea and was given a tiny coffee spoon. We used it to mixthe ketchup and horseradish together. Way overly priced for what you get. $19 for 4 large shrimp is insane. I had the street tacos with mahi. The tacos had zero flavor, comes to find out they didn?t put the sauce on there. The waiter... did help us out and we didn?t have to pay for the meal. However, we were sick all night from the food. Do not recommend. Read more
I ordered a simple Caesar Salad with grilled chicken. Immediately I could tell the chicken was frozen. It was even still cold... inside and rubbery. Completely repulsive. I couldn?t eat it. The lettuce was soggy and drenched in dressing. The tomatoes werenot fresh( who puts tomatoes in a Caesar Salad). The wine menu was just awful, no decent choices. Who is choosing this wine???The cocktails were designed for a teenager on Spring Break. Look?I get you want to satisfy a large range of people, but this wasjust cheap and nasty. Cauliflower bites and grouper sandwich were delish! Very expensive tho. Bartenders weren?t attentive at all. I have been back... since my last review and I?ve changed my review to 2 stars. Bar service was sub par, had to ask where my grouper sandwich wasafter 40 minutes (there were only a couple patrons in the whole place), I assume the bartender never submitted my order. Got myfood and the fish was so salty I couldn?t eat it. It also had regular fries instead of the sweet potato fries I asked for. Theybrought the order back out and the grouper was not seasoned or blackened this time, fries were soggy. $15 for Tito?s and soda.They took my meal off but my bill with a tip was $83 for 4 drinks. Horrible service. It took 45 minutes to get our food and the server never came back to even fill our waters. We told him there... were multiple mistakes in our food and he said sounds good and walked away. The manager completely ignored us after saying he?dtake care of it. On top of the bad service the food was disgusting like borderline inedible. Read more
Food not worth the price at all. Waiter had us sitting at the table while he was at the empty bartending station, cleaning... glasses and whatnot. I'll give them credit; they made me a custom salad when I asked, but unfortunately when I got back to theroom, I didn't have all the toppings I asked for. Moreover, we were in a rush, and we had to leave to get to an event so Ididn't have time to correct them. Only ate there so we could have something in our stomachs for the event. Wonderful food, great atmosphere and the manager is very attentive. In laws stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and we dined with... them at the restaurant 2 nights. Though it felt very upscale they were very sweet to our 5 children, ages 4-12. Food was priceybut good quality and delicious. They had an extensive drink menu with lots of great choices. The manager, Joe, visited to chatwith us both nights and brought over a huge ice cream sunday for the kids on the second night. Definitely recommend this place. Read more
