We took the kids here for breakfast during our vacation. These biscuits are anything but bad y?all. Fluffy inside and slight... crunch outside. This place does biscuits and gravy right. Two words: gravy flight. And I got big biscuit to dip them in. Wifegot the hot shot chicken biscuit with pimento and honey with a side of hash browns. Highly recommend this quirky breakfast stop Read more

Very cool little breakfast spot. I ordered the usual and it was delicious and plenty of food! My husband ate the cinnamon bites... and they also were scrumptious! Reasonable prices and nice staff as well. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Read more

Bad Biscuit is a (slightly) hidden gem. Delicious, breakfast biscuits with eggs and breakfast Meat of your choice plus other... souther breakfast staples. We sampled the bacon, egg and cheese on biscuit with a hash brown cake and side of sausage gravy -all delicious. It was busy, lots of hungry folks and one register but all in all, it didn?t take that long. Worth the smallwait! I saw they also had take and bake biscuits for the road - may have to hit that up next time! Make sure to make the stop! Read more

This was our last stop in HHI before heading home to NC, and moving forward this will now be our first stop when visiting HHI... every time! My wife and I had the Savage Skillet and an order of the Cinnamon Biscuits w/Caramel and Rum Sauce?Delish!! Highlyrecommend! The biscuits were ?bad? in the best way possible; fluffy, warm, and incredibly tasty! The experience, the food, thevibe of this joint was fantastic! Read more

Bad Biscuit is the bomb if you want a real honest to goodness amped up biscuit! The food is phenomenal there is no doubt about... it. The shrimp and grits are absolutely delicious. These are definitely cat head biscuits so bring your appetite. If you leavehungry it is your own darn fault!! The restaurant is super clean and very inviting. The owner and staff are exceptional. Theyare also very knowledgeable about the area and gave us some great tips to enjoy our vacation. Read more

I read the reviews and decided to try this local dining place for breakfast while waiting for our tennis team to start their... afternoon match. I ordered the Hot Chicken Biscuit, Mushroom Cobbler w/biscuit, a side of scrambled eggs, and a coffee.Everything was delicious! I don't like regular creamer, my only suggestion is for them to also add and offer Nut or Soy creameror milk. The inside is in the front and as you walk towards the back the open seating arrangement is nice. And I enjoyed thepictures too! I hope I remember the names correctly, Trisha (took my order and helped me to get what I wanted right) andFranklin (served my food to me at my table) were both nice. Read more

TL;DR, Get the Gravy Train, thank me later. Friends. We came here because the name is cute and it had a good rating. We thought... it would just be good biscuits and gravy. We were wrong. There are not words to describe how much better these are than?good.? We ordered the Gravy Train because ?mushroom chowder? was too intriguing to pass up. What we got was a breakfast thatreduced us to closing our eyes with every bite, eating with our hands like animals and drinking gravy out of the cups likeshots. There is apparently champagne in the mushroom gravy(I asked), so it?s fitting. First of all, these biscuits defygravity. They are 4-5 inches tall. They are so fluffy, I could die. I have never seen the like. And the gravy. Well, some ofthe repeatable things said about the gravy were : ?I could bathe in this? and ?This is the best thing I?ve ever put in mymouth.? When we ran out of biscuit to scoop with, we drank the gravy out of the cups. The space is also super cool with funkyartwork and I?d have more to say about it if I hadn?t been so busy trying to find a way to marry a biscuit. If they had lattes,I would just move in. Read more

Ok?.I knew this place would be good based on previous reviews, but come on. That biscuit is unreal. I got the hot chicken... biscuit (which he said was the most popular) and it was unreal. I have only been living in the southeast part of the US for afew years but I have been trying fried chicken everywhere I go. I expected the biscuit to steal the show, but the chicken wasincredible. It came out so fast. Plenty of outdoor seating. This place is worth every 5 star review. Read more
