Just an excellent experience all around. From the moment you step in to the last bite. The ordering system was simplistic and... the service was very fast. We were so lucky to have option of counter or table before pretty busy in Friday night after trying Ola brew and the local... restaurant across parking lot had 40 minute wait. Never used the app for ordering but it actually is super fast and Handy. Wewere served immediately and food was excellent. Only issue is we never received service for any questions on menu or even advicefor preference or how to add items or even how to select certain items. With 4 of us we figured out our own system andeverything was quality but I really would have given 25% tip if better service or even attention....so if need no service thanthis is definitely 5 stars Read more
One of the best ramen shops I?ve ever been to!!! I spent two years in Japan and this restaurant is the most authentic ramen shop... I?ve had in the U.S. The broth is so flavorful that it?s almost impossible to leave any of it left in the bowl! I also had theirJapanese pudding, which tasted a lot like flan, and it was also very delicious!! Definitely recommend trying if you are visitingthe Big Island! We stopped by here when we got off the plane (on our way to volcano national park). I was pleasantly surprised at how vegetarian... friendly they were! I initially thought they got my order wrong when I saw the mock meat. The broth was miso based anddelicious! The noodles were perfect. I'm really happy to have stumbled on this place after looking for a nearby cafe that hada long wait. I was in Honolulu last week and this place has so much better ramen! Read more
Very nice ambience, feel like in Japan once in and sat. Very easy menu on QR, all the food pics around just made more hungry and... excited. Very good customer service. Easy parking access. Excellent ramen restaurant! Contactless menu allows you to order via your phone. If you are new, you might not understand what... ingredients are in all the dishes so don?t be afraid to ask. We ordered 2 ramen dishes, an appetizer, and beer. The food cameout fast and the prices are reasonable. Read more
Deluxe ramen has a great portion of pork belly and char siu! Curry is also tasty. Good vibe and service.
