This location has the friendliest and most efficient employees of any Starbucks I have ever visited. However, I wish the coffee... was as awesome as the people. I have had cappuccino from 3 different Starbucks in Hilo and every time it has tasted super weak.I know that I could ask the barista to make it again, but it is not their fault that the corporation they work for is greedy andskimping out on the coffee to maximize profit. Pretty large Starbucks. A lot of indoor and outdoor seating. The staff was friendly and the store was clean. Quick and drinks... done well. I will say the place looks closed from the outside at night but luckily we decided to give it a go after seeingsomeone in the drive thru. Read more
I've always gone through the drive thru, their worker speaks very clearly and is helpful everytime I forget how to say the... coffee I order, it's a venti hot chai latte with two add shots and my Son just love their venti vanilla bean frappaccino. If Ihad to say something negative, it'd be their availability of their cake pops. When I go to a football game, I love to give mynephew and niece cake pops. Many a time over this has happened. Busy location, Good service. Usually a line in the drive thru, but there is a team member outside during peak hours to take... your order. By the time you get up to the pickup window, your order is waiting for you. They also have mobile orderingavailable through the app so you can order ahead Ave skip the drive through Que. Read more

I came here, like everyone everywhere does at Starbucks, to use my laptop. Only after I ordered my drink did I realize all the... outlets are covered over and the employee said they closed them all a while ago. There is no sign anywhere indicating this. Theworker at the register also decided to have a five minute talk with her friend while I was clearly waiting in line right behindthem. This was the most bitter waste of a hot chocolate that I ever bought. Also, my drink took them about ten minutes to makewith one person ahead of me and four baristas working. Wat? Read more
