This raised so many questions Who is ?our?? Is it the staff,the store, Starbucks? Why is it not your fault? Your typical Starbucks. Same drinks, higher prices (island or inflation?), but with an island influence. The first time I came... in here it was around Christmas after I moved here - I completely forgot until stepping inside & seeing that usual Starbucksholiday spirit! ???? Had a rough morning. Sent my order to the wrong location. These 2 ladies, were gracious and made my order while calling the... other location to cancel on their end. On top of that, on my way out, one of the drinks I ordered slipped out of my handbursting open. They told me not to worry about it and they made me another drink. Went here after Walmart. Apparently, Hawaii doesn't have Blonde Espresso Shots anywhere in the state, which is disappointing... ????, not just Starbucks Locations. Got a mug and they still had some seasonal Christmas ????items ,cranberry bliss bar. Theywere also out of Peach ???? Tranquility Tea, which is something that has plagued Starbucks locations in many states due toCOVID. Enjoyed the visit and glad they were open on New Years Eve after 2100 hours. Read more
Barista spilled one third of my chocolate in the sink to add more whipped cream instead of already ordered coffee whipped cream,... and same with latte, which lacked an inch in height as she said "it's all extra if you want it to be taller than cup". Firsttime ever. Very strange lady. And quite rude. Read more
