Fantastic food and welcoming service. Definitely check out Papajac's! We tried the sauteed mushrooms, meatball sub, roasted... chicken salad, chicken spinach pasta and the shrimp scampi and they were all delicious!!! It was the perfect portion after awonderful day of snorkeling. Truly a gem! Read more
Today, we checked out a new classy (Damask table cloths, heavy silverware, cloth napkins) upscale, yet affordable Italian... Restaurant, located next to Pacific Tsunami Museum called Papajacs! It was a dream come true! So clean, and such beautifulinterior! The dishes were mouth-watering and filling! Tom had a Meatball Sandwich????, & I had a Chicken Spinach Pasta????. (Ihad to ask for a "Take-Out" tray). Their music track included greats like Frank Sinatra, Nina Simone, & Al Jerome...the servicewas impeccable! We met Papajacs in person????! The view of our incredible Hilo Bay was the bonus!
