Hands down, my favorite and the BEST bakery in Hilo if not all of Hawaii! Jackie is fantastic in her craft and always creates... edible masterpieces. I would go to Moonstruck with my husband almost every Saturday for a morning brunch and order her uniquecakes or baked goods with coffee, each time consistently delicious. My personal favorites are Citrus Serenade, Almond Teres(She made a whole sheet of this for my wedding cake) and Frangipane (Almond) Croissant. You can't go wrong stopping by here andgetting a small treat for yourself, or in my case, a full brunch assortment of what she has to offer that day (her cakes areseasonal depending on the ingredients availability) Read more
