My very first time at this restaurant. It was a clean, busy place. Fast prep time food portions were of 4 pieces for sushi roll... and it had good flavors. The costumer service was very good. Read more
Not a lot of variety available. There is usually a waiting list for 20-30 min wait times. The food comes fast on a train to your... table and you order from a tablet. The fish is pretty fresh but pretty pricey per plate. The restaurant is very cold though. Read more

It was very good food, and the staff were very kind. Not a long wait for just one or two people. The main thing I wish they had... were descriptions of each sushi roll describing what ingredients were used, but you can call a server and they do know theanswer. Primarily you order by the picture of the item, and can order up to four items at a time. Sushi train delivers, but isnot a revolving buffet style like I'm used to. I?ll have to admit that the food here at Genki Sushi is good. But there was this rude employee named, ?Khaylee? or something... like that, and me and my family were waiting there at 9:30 P.M when they closed at 10:00 P.M, and we know that they closed thattime. This is on a Saturday, btw. That employee saw us coming back and forth in that restaurant and she did absolutely nothingto us. She didn?t talk to us or give us signals, nothing. It was 9:58 P.M and there was this kind employee who did something andtell us that they did their last calls earlier. But the thing is, that rude employee only told the people inside that they?retaking their last calls, she didn?t tell the people outside. We complained to that lady and she wasn't very apologetic. She justkept saying that she had so many people coming in and gurl, that?s your job. Her job was to greet people coming in and seat themdown. If you're having some sort of episode or you?re stressed out then you just have to try to calm down or take some pillsbecause there are hundreds of people depending on you to do your job. Like, many people have that job and they feel ya but like,they got this! I don?t know that but they have to! She ended the convo saying, ?Have a nice day?? That is not how you shouldtalk to your customers. What is her boss gonna say about her now!? That is not gonna look good on her. What I?m saying is thatthat employee should?ve been more apologetic and should?ve opened her eyes and mouth to tell people outside what?s happening. Itwas just my family out there though. We are not Karens or Kens, we just wanted to eat snd me and my family were so hungry, thatemployee ruined that night for us. Yeah, thanks soo much Khaylee. And don?t even think of replying to this saying, ?You'rewelcome? and stuff like that. We ended up going to Taco Bell and that was bomb.
