New advertised strawberry frosty was a thin and bubbly consistency and warm to the taste on a 80 degree evening. Why? Shouldn't... have been given to customer. Long wait for food and had to take a regular bun for selected sandwich because they were out ofcheddar buns. Ppl Read more

Very ignorant and rude staff. Awfully slow. You think if you go inside you may get faster service than sitting in drive-thru for... 20+ minutes to order, NOT! Staff comes up to the front and ignores customers, they continue doing whatever, rolling their eyes,or the even dumber associates who look u straight in the face and say nothing and go back near drive-thru window to stand. Youhave to get their attention by saying something, they don?t act like they?re at work?poor service, avoid this location, theabsolute worst! I?m surprised this location hasn?t been shut down, no improvement in how they operate, the service has been badfor yrs. Sad part, a bunch of young, bad attitude kids work here. Get Wendy's on the way home... 2 Kids Meals, 4 for $4 and 2 Jr Bacon Cheeseburgers make a family happy. The presentation and... taste of the sandwiches were on point. The fries were not fresh, not even warm or crunchy. You know they're not good when thekids don't touch them... I do think the Jr Bacon Cheeseburgers are the best value on the menu, so this and the travel art pad isdeserving of 4 stars. Read more
After 5 pm don?t even bother. Go to the Mc Donald?s on the same strip. at least they give af about food quality they serve.... (Despite Wendy?s spending money on commercials and window displays) the employees here either can?t read and understand orDGAF). The problem isn?t completely on the aggressive albino male that works the drive thru? but on every other fullymelaninated and Hispanic employee that has graced the time clock at this particular establishment. My advice to anyone after 5pm ? if you?re into gambling go ahead and take the risk.
