Service is non existent when you set up a party. The restaurant and bowling alley clearly don't communicate. Had 40+ guests,... two pool tables reseverved and 10 lanes reserved with the option to pay for more if needed. When we got there only two tableswere set up with cloths and the room that houses the pool tables was under construction, like you should be wearing boots and ahard hat under construction. Even though we had been there in the past there was know mention that a room we used over thelast couple of years was now a construction site. We had to ask if they were going to bring the soda, then the bartender askedif we had extra help to get the sodas to the table. I didn't know that we paid to become the support staff. When I asked themanager if he could get the beverages to the table he did accommodate and apologized, but he was clearly on his own and theother employees did not try and help. My take on it is when you book a party for service you'd like to spend that time withyour guests and not hump drinks back and forth that are part of the package you paid for. The food was tasty but the restaurantis definitely not prepared to cater or provide food to large groups. They gave us these mini nacho type boats for "plates" thatyou could literally fit 2 pieces of pizza in or one pizza and one wing. We had 10 pizzas, 150 pieces of their whole wings, atray of fries and a tray of mozzarella sticks. We were given about 30 of these boats to start then had to go ask for more. They gave us maybe 15 more and the 3rd time we went to ask, as more people showed, they said they were going to have to startcharging us and begrudgingly gave us 10 more. We had more people show and about one pizza of the 10 left and half a tray ofwings and they told us we were out of luck and wouldn't not give us anymore. The service is awesome, especially when ?MAMA? is there!!! The chicken wings with the atomic bomb sauce on the side is da... bomb???????? Also, the turkey burgers are delicious!!! I love this place???? Read more
The food is ok , but service suck the girl got my food wrong . I will never come back to the place again.

Great Service, Great tasting food, friendly & accommodating staff! Menu is very well rounded...Quality of food is pretty tasty... and always made to order with fresh ingredients, plus free refills. They do charge/tax for additional condiments, but it isunderstandable and balance by how well priced the original menu items are. Wish they had a chain of restaurants throughout thearea. They offer soul food, american food, and some menu items for Mexican food (tacos, nachos, etc). Read more
The food here is good but I had a bad experience one time and it was enough to turn me away for good. My husband I bowl at the... alley it's inside every week and we buy food here every week. One week our taste buds wanted something different and we broughtoutside food that vendor neglected to give me a fork, not s&j's fault of course, but I asked them for two forks and the managersaid she couldn't because I didn't buy food even though I did purchase a drink. So I ordered a salad and when I came back topick it she instructed her employees not to give me a second fork. The pettiness of it all. We spend money in your establishmentevery week and we are not worth one plastic fork to you. Customers lost............I appreciate your reply a little thank yougoes a long way.
