I went to this place around 3pm today, I noticed a worker in the front door on the phone talking, I pulled up to the drive thru,... ordered a small coffee and 20 chocolate munkins, the worker that was outside talking ended up at the register and he collectedmy money, he gave me my items and when I made it up the street to my house, I opened the box of munchkins and he put atleast 7munchkins on tops of a lot of crumbles and damaged ones, I?m highly disappointed, and disgusted, it?s very crazy how the workersthere treat food and customers, It?s already bad that they don?t be open around the times it suppose to be open, they alwaysclosed, always outside while placing orders, I called to complain and the young man hung up on me?. Worst Dunkin of all time. They are supposed to open at 5am, multiple times I've gone there after 6am and they say they just... opened and don't have anything ready. If I could give 0 stars I would. Read more

I used to love this DD. It was great until the woman with the blue hair left. I don?t mind the wait because I understand they?re... bringing in new staff, but they won?t make dunkin midnight anymore and they get my order wrong every time now. Its a blackcoffee, no cream no sugar. You can?t mess that up, but they give me cream and sugar every time. I drive to the DD on the otherside of town now. Totally worth it. My only regret is failing to leave a good review before the blue haired manager left. Read more

I'm not one to review Dunkin. How could you go wrong? My usual iced coffee order has not been good. Customer service is bad and... slow. When I got to the window today the guy said "what can I get for you?" like I didn't just tell them at the speaker. Theyare dressed and act like they don't work there. Just go down the street to Westchester for better coffee and service! Read more

Horrible staff is very disrespectful and willing to let just stand there 10 mins without even taking your order even though they... will walk past you. Item they do give are always made wrong. Worth avoiding this location Read more

I used to come to this DD for years before Covid, now its horrible my 2nd time here since everything opened and has become... HORRIBLE, how the heck is this a Coffee cream and sugar???? This is disgusting and they need to teach their employees somemanners, when they give you your food they almost throw it at you and they touch your card and then grab the coffee from theTOP, NOW that is disgusting..... ugh..... All young guys in there this morning, terrible service, order not complete, they didn?t know what I ordered, had to tell them... instead of them looking themselves. Couldn?t seem to understand simple clear, conversation, turned their back to drive thruseveral times just to goof around amongst themselves. Only one or two decent employees ever there who are always female, theguys just don?t care and act like they?re too cool and they?re being bothered to do their jobs. This has been going on for yearsbut management doesn?t seem to be able to find decent employees or simply doesn?t care. Read more

The kid with the blonde dreadlocs has a serious attitude problem, and all and all management needs to do better. Went to the... drive thru last Saturday. My order was missing hashbrowns so I go inside. I explain to them what's missing and they tell me thatI'm going to have to wait. He then asks another worker if they gave me the hashbrowns, and the worker "knows" he put them in thebag. Another worker chimes in stating I'm just trying to get extra food, and they all continue this banter back and forth as ifI'm literally not standing there. The kid with blonde locs then asks to see inside my bag to make sure I didn't have themalready... as if I'm trying to steal extra hashbrowns? Hashbrowns. Are you serious? After 10 minutes, they finally begin mymissing order, and the kid explains that he just didn't want to make too much of something or his boss would get on his case. Ifthat was his thought process, then management needs to seriously work on their training. If he was lying to cover himself afterhis rude behavior, then management STILL needs to seriously work on their training. Meanwhile another customer leaves aftercomplaining about his donut. It was clearly burnt and dry. Blondielocs then begins to swear about the customer who left, outloud. "He's an f*cking liar, nothing was wrong with the f*cking donut. He did this last time. Lied when he got home about hisveggie spread on the bagel." This continues, again, as if I and other customers aren't standing there. If you're looking towait 20 minutes for a bagel and hashbrowns, while being berated, by all means hit this dunkin' up since all customers seem to beliars and thieves. I have never in my life pulled the, "I won't be returning," card but this experience was beyond belief. Youcouldn't pay me to go back. Read more
