I can't review the quality of food, but I can review the staff. I walk in to dine at lunch. There is no sign saying "wait to be... seated" or "take a seat", so I'm left standing there while the cook ignores me and the only wait staff there walks past me twicebefore I have to ask for her attention. I'm told to sit anywhere. While I'm sitting, waiting, 2 other groups walk in and sitdown. The waitress intentionally ignores me while taking the other 2 groups drink orders. I guess it's best I didn't make it tothe food after reading the other reviews. I won't be back. Read more
Great steak and cheese sub, made to order any way you want it. The pizza is very good also with a good sauce
Everyone from the counter person to the server to the manager was rude. We were told that ?maybe? our server would bring water... to our table (she never did). Then we were served salad that had obvious mold on it. Even though we were staring at the mold,they repeatedly insisted it was ?impossible.? The manager was rude and gave us a cash refund (minus the tax, so we still lostout), after our request to have a salad bar serving instead of the $9 moldy salad was denied. It was 91 degrees outside andthere was no A/C on in the restaurant. We spent $44 and were treated like we were bothering them. Our kids told us they weresorry they had asked for pizza because it made us eat at the ?too hot rude moldy restaurant.? Never again. Read more
Staff was very rude when I went. I can see why these reviews are so low. I wanted to enjoy my meal as the last time I went I was... served hot and fresh pizza, this weeks past visit, not so much. Also, I expect the owner to reply as I see they do to many othercomments, quite unprofessionally might I add. It seems that the lack of a full labor force and limited availability of qualityingredients has really put a hurting on the food prep and taste and attention to service detail. Maybe they can take in some ofthe reviews and instead of trying to make it out as the customers are all at fault, look in and reflect and realize sometimes itis in fact something with you. Same goes for people, if most people you interact with stop wanting to be around you, it?susually something you?re doing. I don?t come on here just to leave a bad review, I much rather leave a good one and bringpositivity to a locally owned eatery. Here?s to hoping for a better experience in the future, if I go again. Worse pizza ever. If the menu doesn?t specify marina that means NO pizza sauce on your pizza. It?s made with dough and toppings... thrown on top. I called the restaurant to verify our pizza was made correctly and the girl answering the phone was kirt and saidif it?s not mentioned on the menu it?s not on the pizza. If you like pizza with no sauce this is your place. Read more

A big shout out to Anna Maria's pizza for surprising my daughter and the staff at UNC Hillsborough with dinner for her birthday.... She delivered Italian sausage, pizza's, salad's, cheesecake and cannoli's. Sara even went to the store and picked up candlesand a balloon for me since I don't live in the area and on the opposite coast. My daughter said the food was fabulous. Highlyrecommend. We have visited twice on road trips to and from North Carolina. The first time was back in April and it was just what we needed... before getting back on our 5 hour drive home. I had brought my cat along for our trip so i was trying to find a place thatallowed pets. So glad we found this place! We got pizza, salad and mozzarella sticks. The mozzarella sticks were REALLY good cuzthey seasoned them. Suffice to say we enjoyed it enough to make sure to visit the second time we came to North Carolina! Its asmall and obscure place but the service is so friendly and food was delicious. You do have to seat yourself as its a veryrelaxed atmosphere in there haha. We plan to visit every time we get the chance! Read more
