I was a little surprised to see the relatively low rating. I?m not necessarily a Chinese food expert, but this food was very... good. I got the chicken in hot garlic sauce and the spice was on point, the flavor was great and the chicken wasn?t all skin andtendon. Also, the chicken wasn?t small pieces covered in tons of breading making it look bigger. A previous review mentionedsomething about no background music, but there was when we ate. Mapo tofu was pretty good. The garlic-eggplant(????) dish was way too sweet and the Dan dan noodle (???) was terrible. You... needed a magnifying glass to find the small portion of pork they gave you. The noodles resembled lo mien than the thinnernoodles expected of Dan Dan. Read more

I?ve lived in China and Taiwan and this restaurant I would say is as authentic as it gets for being in Hillsboro . One word of... caution do not get more than a 2/5 spice level , we got 4/5 and it was painful yet still delicious. Read more

This place has some of the best food I've ever had in my life. Their hand-shaven noodle is out of this world. If you ask for it... hot, they'll give it to you hot. The serving sizes are massive and absolutely worth the money. Flavor is immaculate, and it isALWAYS super hot even once it's delivered. Probably the best Chinese restaurant I've ever been to.
