The employee at the register was actively on phone while I was trying to ask a question, even took a selfie while I was right in... front of her. The other teenage worker making the sandwiches was the only person doing any work. Once the employee at registerwas done taking my payment she went in back and did not help other worker. I prefer the old method of having the sandwich made while you're watching. This location only allows you to order thru a kiosk... and if you don't notice something or can't find something you want, you have to call over an employee anyway. Why not just makethe kiosk an option as opposed to the only way? Read more
Another review mentioned a robotic atmosphere and that's about right. The store is dark and the only way to order is via... touchscreen displays; there is literally no customer service. In addition to being impersonal, you can't customize your sandwichto the same extent you can when interacting with a human being. Since customization is basically the whole point of Subway,this location is basically pointless. Read more
I just had an online order for a meatball sub and a tuna sub which seemed to be okay until I looked at the packaging. It was... like super soggy disgusting and like a little ripped in this sad plastic bag. Im usually an opened minded person so I would liketo think the food would?ve tasted good but it was absolutely terrible. The food did not taste fresh at all and I am currentlyfighting the urge to throw up right now. My stomach is feeling kind of funny and I hope I don?t get food poisoning. I have the worst experience there because we order four foot long sandwiches and we only got three. Two order is correct and the... three one is messed up. We call them and they told us to bring it back and they will fix it. We got there and explained to themthat they got the sandwich wrong by mistake the four sandwich into the chicken and Bacon sandwich. They apologize and made twonew sandwich, but we waited so long for those two sandwich. I heard one of the Employee say who make that sandwich and none ofthem answer like there only two of the employees working. When I got home and open my sandwich the chicken and bacon. The breadalready following apart and the chicken they didn?t even toasted with the bread. When I ask to be toast on my order. It was coldand I have to reheat my sandwich. I only ate half of my sandwich because I wasted my money paying for it and I was not satisfywith my sandwich at all. I had to toss my other half in the garbage. This location has consistently degraded in the last couple of years. Employees move at the speed of snail. There were THREE... employees on the line, two people in front of me who were already waiting, and it still took them 22 minutes to make a BMT! Twoemployees just stood around looking blankly lost and did nothing while the "manager" made the sandwiches. The dining area was adisaster and would fail a safety inspection in a heart beat. I went into Subway sandwiches, and was told by the staff that I needed to order from a kiosk. Once Subway sandwiches let you go... down the line and make the sandwich exactly as you desired. That was very nice. Now you have to order from a kiosk. I wentthrough the very difficult process of trying to order at the kiosk. Then my sandwich was nothing like I imagined when I put inthe instructions. So, you don?t get what sandwich you want anymore it?s Subway sandwiches. What a mess. Read more
