I don't like to leave bad reviews but I felt like the service I received today was rude and unwarranted. I put an online order... where I left special instructions for my sandwich and when I went back in to tell the guy that my order was wrong (meatballswere on the sandwich when I asked to pass on them), he began to ARGUE with me. He kept saying that I wrote the instructionsincorrectly which when I came back to show my bf the instructions I left on the receipt, it turns out that in fact I had wrotethem correctly. Regardless, I wasn't going to sit there and argue with him. Another customer came in behind me and asked forextra meatballs on his sandwich and the guy behind the counter who was fixing my sandwich started sarcastically saying "Yeah Ican get you extra meatballs, I'll get you all the meatballs you want" passively aggressively referring to my request of remakingmy sandwich without holding my meatballs. When finished, he aggressively slid my sandwich back over to me. I was not rude aboutmy order being incorrect, so I feel like the attitude he was given me was undeserved. Working in customer service, regardless ofwhether the customer is right or not, there are certain ways you simply do not speak to a customer. I am currently looking intohow I can escalate this to upper management. Read more

Very unprofessional staff?..every time I come into this subway, the employees are always having a personal side conversation... like as if I?m not there, not only did this happen when I went in the other night but while one of the employees was making myfood, the girl working started picking out food from the food line and eating it, again, like as if i wasn't there. To me,that?s very unsanitary, considering she was putting her hands(gloves)up to her mouth and then back into the food. Read more

I?ve been here multiple times and almost every time the meat is off color and sweaty. They are always out of something and the... employees are never doing their jobs. There was also one day that the store completely shut down because the meat and food waswarm due to the ac being broken and I don?t think it ever got fixed because it?s always warm in there. I do not recommend eatingthere. Read more

This store seems to need TLC. Obvious dust build up along the food case. Only one operator to serve customers. Many food... items they are out of. Photos show the beverage island with several taps out of supply and not much in the cold case. Theyoung man tried his best and had a good attitude. Management failures here are obvious. Read more

Pretty good sub. I would prefer that they wait until they are actually ready to make my sandwich to get the bread out and slice... it in half. I know it is how they are trained, but leaving it sitting wide open on the counter for what seemed like 5 minutes,is somewhat disconcerting to me. BTW: not that big a deal, but the sandwich was not cut in half. Read more

I like subway sandwiches, especially when you have a great coupon. As always, they followed my instructions on the ingredients... and condiments and they were fast and efficient. Great value for a lot of food. Read more
