Ordered online at 5 to pickup at 6 waited until 7 then went to jersey mikes to get service.....still haven't received a refund... for the order I didn't receive yet 10 days later.....not sure they plan on giving me a refund which is illegal......not throughyet! People are nice and it's not very busy but when it is busy you should expect to wait in line forever since the sandwiches now... take 10 min a piece to make. Super understaffed but good people. Foods good Read more

Biggest problem is staffing. Who has only one person running the lunch rush on a Friday?! What is the point of ordering online... if you just have to watch your sandwich being made anyway?! I could have saved my time pre-ordering and just walked in. Probablywouldn't be as bitter about the experience either. Read more

I wish I could give this place a 0 star. I walked in and stood in line for 10 mins, wasting my lunch break at work. And they... refused to acknowledge me and both employees were working on a online order even tho I was waiting. It was a two sandwich orderand did not need both employees. I had to leave before getting any food and I will never return to this subway. Read more

Cucumbers looked foul. Toaster is not working and they didn't tell me until after my sandwhich was halfway put together. If I... had known, I would've either gotten a different sandwhich or not gotten one at all because their cold bacon is extremelyunappetizing. To top things off, the 2 employees were taking forever to make the sandwhiches because they kept stopping to lookat eachother and talk, to the point where she would've made the sandwhich incorrectly if I didn't keep reminding her. I ordered a spicy italian today. I've been ordering this for 20 years from Subways all over the place, so I know how they are... supposed to be made. 10 slices of salami, 10 of pepperoni. Except this time I ordered and only got 6 of each. Not sure ifthis is a training issue or if it's the policy of this franchisee, or if it's global, but... no matter whose fault, not cool. Read more

Ann the owner made it very homey and I come frequently all her employees are respectful and kind. The guy who helped me last was... there for 12 years! He has longer hair and I forget his name. Thank you for your kindness and welcoming store! Much appreciated? Read more

Went this evening and had a pretty terrible experience. Employee was less than inviting. The sandwiches were made on bread that... was undercooked and flat, due to that the toppings were all falling out the side so bad it was hard to even take a bite. Theemployee did not seem to care at all about any of this and just wanted to throw the sandwiches together carelessly and move on.I've been to many subways and have never experienced this sort of carelessness. I will absolutely not come back to this locationafter today! I feel like we wasted on money on something I could have made just as terribly, if not better at home. Read more
