The poor girl behind the counter had no idea what she was doing. I walked up to a line of two people and she took one order,... went to make it (which took forever because she didn?t know recipes and kept reading a manual) she was making an iced chai teaand she looked at the book for a solid minute, got a cup full of ice and just filled it with milk. No chai syrup. Synopses hereis, whoever is managing that store or whoever is in charge there shouldn?t put one person on the floor who doesn?t have propertraining.
