I love this place to get my coffee 4 times a week. Employees are efficient and nice. Wish they had contactless payment... like Humbl pay. With all the covid concerns, it would help. Once in a while they have a special, to get a pastry included withyour coffee. Read more
A great spot to grab coffee and food after grocery shopping. The location is solid, and the staff is pretty good. I've had some... issues with the staff accidentally giving me regular coffee when I order decaf. (I can't drink caffeine) so it's a prettyunfortunate situation when I drink half the cup only to eventually realize that it has caffeine in it and it's already too late.But besides that they are good. I went to the Starbucks in Side the Fred Myers and was helped by Chloee. She was absolutely phenomenal!! I came in at 8:30pm,... close to closing and felt horrible ordering 6 drinks and her being the only employee. I would expect for her to not be so happyabout it, but she was so nice and the drinks turned out great! Even thought they where about to close, Chloee exceeded myexpectations and did not make me feel bad or guilty. Read more
I get really frustrated when I come inside. Super long wait times, when drove keeps moving. My drive thru experience is always... great, but I feel like when someone takes the time to fight for parking and come inside you should at least acknowledge them. Itfeels like they think I'm an inconvenience inside. NOTE: people have complained about not being open during business hours. Thehours currently on Google are incorrect. After slogging around the parking lot looking for a spot, finally found one and was able to walk in for my coffee drink. Little... did I know that those who go thru the drivethru apparently have priority over the common folk inside the store. Waited for ONEdrink in a fairly empty store for at least eight minutes while the drive thru kept moving along. Everton inside was waiting,and for simple drinks. Defiantly know that if you come into this store you are not a priority so might make sense to go thrudrive thru or go elsewhere. Closed early, so we couldn't make a last minute coffee run. Time was 8:50pm on 09/12/2018 when we got there hours say they... should be open until 9pm so we went to dutch bros instead great job losing a sale Starbucks. Read more

This is the Starbucks inside Fred Myers! I had no choice but to go here for coffee because the Starbucks across with the DT was... closed. Wanted to give it another try but it always disappoints all drinks are always tasteless or water down. Horribleexperience over and over. Read more
