Probably the worst managed Starbucks in our area, and that is saying something. I don't know why I come to this location. So... many times the irritation is not worth it. Driving past to another location is a good idea. So I ordered on the app and gavethem 20 minutes- I get there and they told me "We are busy so we decided to put yours aside and not make them." So I've beenhere ten minutes now- so a half hour from ordering and they are doing new orders before mine. Not a happy camper. This defeatsthe purpose of having the app. Kind of rude as well. Never had a bad drink from them that?s why they get 2 stars otherwise I?m upset they are closing 30 minutes. you need to update... your closing time on google if you close early like that? it said the drive thru was closed on google so I walked up to the doorit was locked and they all looked at me. when I worked in food service we had to stay open till closing time and stay late toclean. Extremely disappointed. I've never had such a bad experience with Starbucks in the 30 years I've been a customer. I waited for... 19 mins for 1 greentea latte and 1 dopio espresso. I watched 6 other people that came after me get their drinks and leave. WhenI inquired, I was told "we are doing them in order" and nothing more...waited another few mins and my greentea latte came outiced supposed to be hot. She threw the other one out( which bothers me, they could have given it to someone like they used too)and made a hot one. My dopio was missing the cream and when i got to my car I realized there was not 6 pumps of vanilla in my GTlatte. I'm a super easy customer and don't like to complain but they were straite up rude...no apologies, I felt like I was inthe wrong and I was just expecting the service and quality to be the same as everywhere Starbucks and it clearly was not. I'm acommercial truck Driver and drink a lot of coffee...been a gold member for 20 plus years...disappointed mainly because of theattitude of the employees, just not customer oriented at all...the only one was the girl who took my order with the mask...nicegirl. All the others were talking amongst themselves the entire time without any interaction with customers...its was just notlike a Starbucks atmosphere at all...felt like I was at a Dennys or something. I hope the Butler Starbucks here steps it upcause Starbucks has always stood out because of customer care and I don't think they cared at all. Good customer service and Starbucks hot and refreshing coffee!! They have good seating options.
My power went out on a work day and I needed a place to setup a little work space. No power of course means no coffee and I... can't work like that so off to Starbucks I went. The ladies that work there were really great. They helped me figure out acoffee that was close to what I drink at home and very patient with me through the process. I had a whole corner to myself andwas able to "set up shop" and get through my day without too much interruption. Much appreciated! Read more
Time for a noon hour "refresher latte." The drive-through was busy but there was ample parking. Walking in, some tables were... occupied, but the counter was open, no line there. Ordered a Grande latte, and received it quickly, considering how busy thedrive-through was. Several treats were tempting - cake pops, lemon cake, bagels, and so on - but this waist line needs to staywhere it is. Maybe one small treat next time... Read more
Great Starbucks run by good people. Got a cool black coffee and they were very quick to swap it out.
