Good family restaurant burger and if you like the thick steak fries this is the place to go. The servers are inconsistent... sometimes it great and sometimes you wish you are somewhere else. The food is pretty consistent but our burgers were not hotthey were barely warm borderline cold. Instead of just getting another hot burger they gave us some story but not having hotburgers so the cheese doesn?t melt on them for the look of the cheese. I?m not sure if this is a restaurant protocol orcorporate? The server made us feel like we were hugging the server for items such as mustard or napkin?s. Nobody really liketo serve people but we cook 90% at home and the very few time we get out to eat it would be nice if Red Robin hires servers thatmay possibly like their job. I have eaten at this Red Robin at least a dozen times. I?ve eaten in family section with children, and the bar with adults and... by myself. The bar by far has the most superior service I?ve seen at a RR this far. The staff is friendly and accommodating, andthe food has a consistently good quality. Read more

Burgers are great. Tried black and blue, and Scorpion Gourmet Burger. The blue cheese taste so good in the burger.

Food here has been pretty consistent. The kids meals are priced well and have a good portion of food for them. Kids also love... the milk shakes here. I do appreciate the amount of options here but generally they are good at the basics (burgers,sandwiches, chicken strips). We went in on a Tuesday night and was getting take out. It didn't look packed but the wait was 30+minutes for a group of 4. My guess is they didn't have the staff to fill the place. Read more

Not very busy when we were there. Ordered pretzel bites for appetizers and didn't get those until after we got our meals. The... waitress said somehow they didn't get ordered. Never came back to ask if we needed anything it's not bottomless fries if theydon't come back to give you some. But we did learn you can refill your own drinks from the tablet on the table. Went to Red Robin tonight for my birthday burger and what a disappointment. Not sure where my top bun is or why the other... sandwich is all smashed. We have had issues with this location before but had hoped they had improved. They obviously have not. Read more

I have loved Red Robin for years but this location has failed me every time. I stopped on my way home, ordered through the ap... which would not let me use my reward. Did curbside pickup. It said my order would be ready at 3:26pm. I called themtwice...they finally brought it out at 3:50pm. More like a hit and run. I'll take my prepaid tip back thank you! I orderedfish and chips. The fish was lukewarm with mushy batter, and the fries cold. They included a ton of ketchup packets, but notarter sauce. So disappointing, and not worth the $16.99 I paid. Amazing experience at this location!! Today me and my daughter came to have lunch we weren't super hungry so we asked just for... one Burger. We mentioned that we were going to split it and we also got onion rings and freckled lemonade. This location didsuch an amazing job we didn't have to ask for anything they refilled the drinks before they could even get to the bottom. Theyeven cut the burger in half and served it on two separate trays with fries on each plate and we hadn't even asked. We didn'teven ask for extra fries and they came and brought us fresh fries before we had the chance to ask. It was a team effortdifferent people coming up at different times to check on us and I must say that covid and everything that's going on in ourworld right now to see all these smiling faces and excellent customer service was just amazing! I think it's awesome when we canbe kind and considerate cuz sometimes our minds are different places especially when we're eating. I even asked for the managerand thanked her and commended her and asked her to do the same for her team! I will definitely be coming back to this Red Robinmuch much more.
