When the instore customer line is too long, why online order that just pinged takes precedence?? Waiting for 25 min in line... where as online order just placed get ready in 10 min. Why it is not placed in order that 10 customer waiting, so online orderfulfillment done after 9 or 10th person. Why instore customers has to wait too long to get their good?? The employees need to slow down a little and listen to their customers. Got to the checkout and they didn't hear us order... eggrolls or crab Rangoon. Had to ask for utensils and sweet and sour sauce. Got home and they didn't give us any fortunecookies. Haven't gotten any in the last 3 orders from here. Will not be going back to this franchise again. Read more

Fabulous employees! They were slammed tonight with massive online order output, but they handled it with grace and efficiency. I... barely had to wait even when they were staging orders 3-4 containers high. Everyone behind the counter managed to be nice, too!I'd be freaking out man. The food was pretty good, I got it hot and fresh. The service at the counter was terrible! The lady behind the counter said... nothing, but the total. I was going to grab a drink and some egg rolls, but it seemed like too much of an inconvenience to theyoung lady. I asked for soy and chili sauce and didn't even receive it in my bag. 0 for customer service. With costs going upeverywhere you still get what you pay for out of Panda Express. Read more

Wow, this place is seriously a waste. It used to be halfway decent many years ago, but now, you have to watch your order like a... hawk to make sure they don't forget things or give you a suuuper tiny portion. Here's what I mean... Tonight my husband went topick up food for our family. It's hard to keep track when you're ordering a lot of meals, but it shouldn't be up to thecustomer to make sure they get everything ordered. So here's how it all turned out. The teriyaki chicken had zero sauce cup inthe bag and none on the chicken either. The super greens, on their website it shows that it's like 90% broccoli with some kaleand cabbage in it, yeah... Try 95% cabbage with a few flecks of kale and ZERO broccoli! See my photo of that one! The mushroomchicken was about three tablespoons of food with NO CHICKEN IN IT! Well, if you want to count the small sliver of chicken thatI found in it, it had one piece. It was almost entirely mushrooms. What an absolute joke! I posted a pic of that too. Really disappointing. Side note, I find it utterly ridiculous that they don't offer any tofu dishes anymore. They used to haveeggplant with tofu that was so good! But now that is only available in California locations. Sorry, but that was a populardish I wish they'd bring back. However what difference would it make, with the downhill trajectory, it's only a matter of timebefore they have to shut down. This place is not even worth it as a fast food option its gotten so bad.
