Quite literally the slowest, and most inconsistent McDonald?s I?ve ever been to. Unfortunately I?ve been to more than I?d like... to count, and this one is the closest to my house. Would love to be able to actually get fast food from here on my way to thegolf course, or when I?m in a hurry but that never works out. Please get them some more staff. Read more
Pretty much the worst McDonald?s in the whole chain. Every time I?ve come here there?s been a problem and today is no different.... The drive-through is a mile long and the lobby is closed yet again. They have been out of food, their service is slow, and theyare rude. I thought I?d give them one more chance today because it was convenient and I?m stuck in a forever long drive-throughyet again. I?m done I will not visit this location again. 11-8-2022? well was talked in to trying this place again. I proved tomy driving companion why this McDonald?s is the worst. AGAIN THE LOBBY IS CLOSED/. The order was incomplete at the drivethrough. There was no disclosure that they were out of raisins and apples for the oatmeal (or they just decided not to give usany) and we got one spoon for two orders/ seriously? We were expected to share a spoon? I knocked on the lobby door to get thefruit and a spoon and was waved away by some guy who pointed to the drive through. I visited this restaurant to use a coupon on the mobile app at 7:15 AM but the lobby was locked. I ended up sending a mobile... order through the app since I couldn't order in the drive thru and a kitchen employee brought my order to the door. It isirritating that this restaurant seems to be incapable of maintaining regular hours of operation for their dining room. And thisis on top of the long wait times similar to fine dining restaurants during peak times. With the long waits and the inconsistenthours, it is not even worth visiting this restaurant for free food on the app anymore. Read more

Just went to the drive-thru and ordered a large coffee with two shots of espresso and 10 creams. After a long silence I asked... her did you get that and she said yes. Not only did she not get the order correctly she lied and said that she did and thenhanded me a cold still very disgusting coffee that clearly had been sitting in the pot for hours it was not fresh whatsoever andwhat's so hard about getting the cream right?! I got a cold stale bitter coffee with no cream to come to the conclusion thatafter 2 years they still don't know how to make a proper coffee. This McDonald's is absolutely the worst McDonald's I have goneto and all of Washington County and clearly they're all failing because I haven't gone to one that is making me happy on aregular basis.
