Date: 11/21/2022 Time: 03:45 AM Order: My order is under the receipt attachment Problem: Upon ordering, I asked for fresh... everything. I asked for fresh fries since the fries I received were not warm/hot. After receiving fries that tasted like theyrefried them, I noticed that my cheeseburger did not have extra ketchup nor mustard. As well as asking for barbecue sauce sinceI did not receive them for my McNuggets. The manager Zach, who I had issues with regarding past orders and unprofessionalservice, gave me an attitude while cursing me under his breath then sent a female employee to deliver my new cheeseburger.Before I could ask for something she forcefully handed me my new burger then ran away. Upon checking the new burger, there wasno mustard and the cheeseburger was drowned in ketchup. I then returned to the drive through to get my money back. Upon mymultiple requests to receive my money back for unprofessional customer service and unsatisfactory meal service, the manager Zackrefused my request then slammed the window closed on me. Manager Zack has in the past discriminated against me because of myrace and now he is refusing to give me a refund for the poor service I received. Been here a few times. Food is what you would expect from a McDonald?s and I appreciate how late they used to stay open for... dine-in. Helped a college student out quite a bit. But One time there were flies were at the place where you get drinks andketchup and that was gross. It was not very clean. Would have dined in more often if it was cleaner. Read more

So I went to the drive through and requested for the french fries to be hot fresh with salt and not even left the parking lot... the fries were warm with no salt. and I turn around tell the employee my situation about the fries and the employee says that Idid get fries with salt and probably didnt eat the fries? What happened to I am sorry that you didnt get what was requested andlets us make your experience better. Read more

The first couple of times I?ve been here have been fine, but the last few times I?ve just had problems, so I think I?ll try a... different location from now on. This location is ALWAYS busy, no matter what time of day or night I go. Usually when I see theline, I?ll go somewhere else, but sometimes I decide to stay. I went there last night at around 8:45pm with a mobile order andit was the same. I decided to stay because I had a coupon for buy one get one free quarter pounder. Got one for me and myboyfriend. He asked for no pickles or onions, and that was fine. I asked for extra pickles and they gave me extra onionsinstead. Other times I?ve gone and asked for extra pickles they just give me the normal amount. I?m not asking for like a PILEof them but when I ask for extra I want more than 2-3. A couple months ago we went for breakfast. Not too busy. I got the twobreakfast burrito meal. The burritos were cold with hard tortillas (not even lukewarm) and the hash brown was missing the tophalf. The missing half wasn?t even in the bag. A lot of the time the hash brown is undercooked or overcooked, too. One time weeven heard an employee say to another, ?I don?t know they didn?t even train us right.? So yeah, not going there anymore. Lobby is never open and drive thru because of that is insanely full. 8pm on a Monday and they are closed. Hope they start... closing stores down soon. Read more

The drive thru was slammed and the staff struggled to finish orders. Maybe if corporate paid them a living wage and changed... their staffing to ensure there was enough workers during busy hours they wouldn't have struggled. Staff did everything theycould to complete orders in a timely manner, but there's only so far a stretched thin staff can go. Read more

I went through the drive thru at 7:51pm on 06/07/22. I was in the lane closest to the restaurant. I pulled up to the speaker and... as I waited for someone to answer, the other lane had 3 orders taken. So I said, ?Hello?? ?Are you there?? Someone finallyanswered and told me to hold on. Finally took my order, then I pull up to pay and he reads out the wrong order to me. Every timeI come to this McD?s the service is horrible! This is the last time I will come to this location! McDonald's knows best what I need apparently. The drive thru was busy on 7/13/21 at 1:15 and I ordered inside at the kiosk.... Order #205 quarter pounder deluxe combo with extra cheese, extra mustard and light mayo, add a chicken sandwich. The kiosk hasissues taking the card so I paid at the counter, got the restroom pass code (1119) and used the restroom, came back and waitedwith 5 ahead of me. At 1:40 the others had been helped and two others after me, I inquired about the order, they found it baggedup and sitting in the back. He asked if I wanted it remade, then he decided remaking it was correct, and I waited about 8minutes, got the order and went home 5 blocks away. The combo was wrong, extra mayo and a large size fries that were unsaltedand cold. Livid I called to complain, hung up, went back to that McDonald's, went inside, and calmly explained that I was thereto get the sandwich I ordered at 1:17. I explained the history, and emphasized light mayo. This different employee expressedcare and concern and went in the back to get a new combo. He came back have me the order, offered a free drink (no thank you),and I left. I got home, checked it and voi la. He upgraded me to a double quarter pounder regular cheese, regular mayo, nomustard.
