I'm really tired of getting cold, limpy French fries ????. We do takeout but we pick up ourselves. Yes they make you WANT to... come in, stand in the lobby for 5 min with no one else around. Let's just put it this way it took a manager to come to the cash register in order to teach the cashier how to apply the coupons... from the app which is a pretty standard thing other than that great place good food quick service. Read more
Ordered #7. 2cheeseburger meal w/out cheese. Got a #2. Quarter W/cheese . Order taker. (Male) said that he did not hear #7only #... 2. Took it and finally gave me the 2 burgers . He then grumbled something to the effect" I hate people that mess with theorders. " My son clearly stated what he wanted. He also did not offer to refund the difference, I did not ask as he was alreadymad at us . Will not be back. Read more
Worst experience! I waited in the drive-through lane closest to the building for 20 minutes and watched as 6 cars went in front... of me from the other lane. I never did get anyone to show up on the microphone. I then went inside after waiting in line foreverat the drive thrill having not having not placed an order. Ask for the manager and the person that I was talking to said I am"a" manager. I told this person my experience experience and all he could say was I haven't been up here much so I don't knowwhat was going on I'm sorry. Absolutely no gesture of how about you have a free soda or how about I get you a free small fry,nothing to help with the situation.. I used the app to order. What to say? It was exactly what I expected. Completely in line with every other McDonald's I've ever... eaten at. Consistent, which is what this game is about. Food was fresh, hot, quick, handed to me with a smile. No more, no less. Read more

I ordered at 2:15 I didn't receive my order until 2:33. I was told I was waiting on hashbrowns. I wasn't asked if I wanted my... burger medium rare or well done tho. I also had no idea hashbrowns took 15 minutes to fry in a fryer. Disgusting and despicable.Not a single how are you, not a what kind of drink would like with that.
