This place needs to be inspected for bee infestation. 2 yellow jackets were in my drink, could not see them due to the drink is... dark purple. This is the owners fault and health department needs to look into this. This is the best way to make me stop buyingfrom coffee shops like this for sure!!! Read more
I ordered a Chai Latte with vanilla and carmel and was given some sort of pumpkin spice mixed disgusting drink. It was inedible.... I will never go to this location again. They screw up every drink. Service is nice but no one there can properly take an orderor make a drink correctly. Avoid this Dutch Bros! Read more
The staff here are usually friendly and the lines can get long, but the staff is usually pretty good about expediting service. I... don't really like their coffee since it seems like it's never quite hot and overly sweet. Which is why I tried their rebel andnow I'm enjoying their marmalade rebel during the summer. Their loyalty program is pretty good, but it can be slow to earn freedrinks here compared to other places. The lids are a little strange - they're designed more for straws so if you try to drinkfrom it without one you kind of feel like you're drinking from a bottle. Read more

Very poor customer service, they didn't even ask me if I wanted my drink blended. I'm not going there again. Also I think this... is not a Shark attack I ordered. The person getting my order was talking more then asking what I want. Save the world andsomething about straws. Read more
