If I could give this place 0 stars I would, to start as you walk in the music is BLARING the chairs are shaking as you sit. The... floor is foul with crumbs straw rappers ext all over. Took 10 minutes to get a drink with nobody ahead of me while the fourworkers run around like chickens with heads cut off. This is the place where drinks are most frequently messed up. The smalltalk is horrid and the manager dosent hire people for biased reasons. Worst dutch. Read more
The coffee is good iced. They're more sugary than other coffee shops and their steamed milk isn't hot, just warm.

Yeah I just brought my son in and got him a hot chocolate, and within 5mins of the drive back home he was having signs of food... poisoning almost, with diarrhea and stomach cramps. And the staff in back Seriously need to watch what they say around a 5 yearold as well they seem to lack customer service quality. Absolutely foul of them. Read more
The customer service at this location is overwhelming. The way one of the staff members talked me almost seemed like it was... practiced versed as if robotic. Otherwise a great location and nice people. I had the Campout freeze with 3 shots of espressoand caramel added inside. 4 star review. Read more
Went through the drive through and they had a guy outside taking our orders. I got the hot cocoa, my and kids got other drinks.... The place was definitely organized for a lot of business which was great! And they?ve expanded so they can handle more business!Definitely great! Entered the lobby and after waiting a minute I was told the lobby is closed and was asked if i could leave and use the drive... through. Of course at this point there is a line of cars that wasn't there when i entered. They wouldn't do a walk up order oranything. It's not my fault the lobby wasn't closed. It didn't feel good being turned away like that. I was going to use myfreebie anyways, so why would it matter. Read more
