Order my food and asked for an ingredient to be removed. Item not removed. I went back to the counter and told them, they remade... it for me quickly. Went and sat back down. Double checked the item and the same ingredient was on there again. At this point Ijust asked for a refund. They don't apologize about it. They just start speaking in a different language for a few minutes andthen give me money back. I get that mistakes happen, but own it. I have worked in customer service my whole life and a "I'msorry about that" goes along way. Do better. Read more
Ordered some Beyond Meat soft tacos last night and in one bite there was a section of lime with the rind like what you would put... in a corona. Gross!! It turned me off the rest of my food. Read more
Del Taco should be more popular than it is. So much better than taco bell. It is the rare place I can actually get a simple... ground beef burrito, but of course got to ask for extra red sauce. If I am craving something different, the grilled chickenoptions with extra green sauce are great. It can be really slow during the peak times, but this is the one fast food restaurantthat has never gotten my order wrong. Read more
