What a great little place! Fantastic food, great vibe, fast service? absolutely charming all around.
Had two wonderful experiences here this week. Number one, a few nights ago as we were walking home from dinner in downtown... hillsboro, we realized we didn?t have milk at home, but collective market was closing! The guy working was so nice and had noproblem letting us run in to purchase milk, even though technically past closing time. It gave me such happy vibes of a smalltown market that actually cares about their community. Second, today I took my 3 kids to get breakfast there (on a weekday),and the man that took our order and spoke with us was the absolute best. He shows such a kindness to children that you don?talways get when you go out to trendy spots these days. The 5/5 is just for the service alone! But on top of that, the food isphenomenal. So happy they have breakfast all week long now, and another great part of our downtown hillsboro community. Read more
I got the Amy special on the red onion bagel and it was the best bagel of my entire life.
This is such a nice place in Hillsboro so much seating indoors and out, very flavorful drinks great juices and amazing bagels.... Market itself is cute , wish their deli case had a slightly wider array of cold cuts or more European style meats. Great vibe. Read more
