Every time I come to this location, no matter the workers, somebody is in a very visible bad mood. And I get they work in food,... it?s exhausting, theirs a lot of foot traffic, but come on man, grow up a little, at least TRY to hide it, or don?t work here.Also got completely wrong order, she looked confused and then made something anyway instead of just asking. Update The manager made it right.. i got a replacement sorbet.. it was yumm. I got 1 pint of watermelon sorbet and 1 quart of... sweet cream with bananas and carmel. The purchase was put in a paper bag. I got home and the lids to the ice cream were not puton correctly so I've cream weakened the bag and the entire pint fell out onto the floor of my car bc the bag fell apart. Thelid to the pint had also fallen off. I got to eat none of it. I had to clean off my seats and the carpet of my car the best Icould. The lid on the quart also came off but I was able to save some of it. The experience was not good. Read more

Cold Stone and a Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory in one location! The ice cream was delicious! You can get any of the ice cream... blended into a shake too! Prepare to get your sweet tooth on! There's plenty of seating and they have highchairs. The servicewas great and they move pretty quick. There are restrooms too. All in all a great ice cream shop! Read more

Staff acts like they hate their jobs and not one of the three possess people skills. They hand me a spoon handle facing me, no... gloves. They set my ice cream oozing out of the cup all over the sides and as far from me as possible. The place isn?t veryclean. I think I?ll drive an extra few miles to patronize another Cold Stone.
