And they call this fast food? We waited 10 minutes for two cheeseburgers and they had so much lettuce and large slices of onion... on it. Probably because they wanted to hide the smallness of the beef patties. I have nothing against the employees but I thinkCarl's Jr needs to instruct the line cooks how to put burgers together better. The crew at this Carl's Jr is awesome. They are friendly, accurate with your order and quick to get you your food. There was an add on TV that said to get the "have it your way meal for $5.00". so I had my husband go there to get it and he was... informed that it was $6.00 not $5.00. when Joe informed them of that they did not fix it and said that the add was wrong. Falseadvertisement, fraud, not going back you can't trust them. They also didn't want to give him the receipt but he insisted. Thefood was cold and old as well. Poor business practice. Read more
