Do not enjoy sharing a dining experience with bums hacking and sleeping in the dining area, and then have him panhand people on... their way into the restaurant while he has a smoke in front of the door. Read more

For a new Carl's I would expected a little more. The signs with the special are only as you drive out after you have already... ordered. It would be nice if they were posted in the parking lot side. We go to another one farther away because of this. Wecannot see the specials on a drive by????We love Carl's. Read more

Crazy expensive for fast food. Taste was ok, but fries were a bit stale. Menu was confusing. Their hours are erratic. Sometimes... closed random times and days. Read more

They managed to get my ENTIRE order wrong. Cola instead of orange juice, fries instead of onion rings (which I paid extra for),... and tomatoes on my burger when I asked for none. I get that mistakes happen and I wouldn?t find it a big deal if only part ofthe meal was incorrect, but they managed to mess up every single item. Reeks of carelessness. Read more

I'm a creature of habit. I get the same thing more or less every time I go to Carl's. The morning staff is super sweet and... friendly and they have my usual order memorized quick and perfect with a smile. If I change it up, we laugh and it's still righton. Be kind. They work hard to make things right. Read more

Carl's Jr. Has always had juicy burgers, but there milk shakes only have one size...reason I'm referring to uh juicy burgers and... then visualizing shakes you see: burgers have several sizes like a special place I love to eat with it being juicy too. Ordered the hot honey chicken sandwich today, no cheese, with lettuce tomatoes and onions added. The hot honey has a mild sweet... heat that builds slowly as you eat the sandwich. The chicken was moist and tender, but the hot honey blocked out any seasoningthat might have been in the breading on the chicken. While the hot honey was tasty, I wasn't able to eat the sandwich until 15minutes after I had purchased it. By that time the honey had softened any of the crunch that might have been in the coating onthe chicken. Both sides of the bun had adequate honey on them so as to keep the sandwich from being dry. Adding the lettucetomatoes and onions overall complemented the smoky bacon and made for a tasty sandwich. Would I order it again? Probably, if Icould eat it immediately upon receiving it. Otherwise, I would stick with the regular version without the hot honey, which ifyou get it freshly-made, is crispy and delicious. Though I didn't do it this time, normally the only way I order from fastserve restaurants is to ask for it to be freshly made, and wait in the parking lot for 5 to 10 minutes for them to bring it out. Usually the difference is night and day between a freshly made sandwich and one that is coming through the normal sandwichassembly process. If you have the extra five or ten minutes, try it the next time you order from the drive-thru. Read more
