For a new Carl's I would expected a little more. The signs with the special are only as you drive out after you have already... ordered. It would be nice if they were posted in the parking lot side. We go to another one farther away because of this. Wecannot see the specials on a drive by????We love Carl's. Read more

They managed to get my ENTIRE order wrong. Cola instead of orange juice, fries instead of onion rings (which I paid extra for),... and tomatoes on my burger when I asked for none. I get that mistakes happen and I wouldn?t find it a big deal if only part ofthe meal was incorrect, but they managed to mess up every single item. Reeks of carelessness. Read more
I'm a creature of habit. I get the same thing more or less every time I go to Carl's. The morning staff is super sweet and... friendly and they have my usual order memorized quick and perfect with a smile. If I change it up, we laugh and it's still righton. Be kind.
