Good food and fast service. Lots of TVs for live sports. One thing I like about BWW is that they don’t pressure to turn... around tables, especially if you’re there to watch a game. You order, they drop off your food and they leave you alone. Theydo a periodic check for refills or to order more food but you pretty much have to flag them down for that. Read more
I have eaten here many times in the past but in the last year, my family and I have eaten here 4 times and experienced the same... terrible service. We have gone at all different times where it was crowded and when it was dead. This last time there was barelyany customers but many employees, it took 20 minutes to get a server to get our drink orders, and then another 15 to actuallyget them. We ordered an appetizer and 40 minutes later got it after asking about it twice. It took the same amount of time toeven get our food ordered. when we finally got our food it was not even warm. After we got our food we never saw our waiteragain until we asked for the check. This has been the same experience we have had the last few times. Wont be going back again.I tried to be understanding but when there are no customers or many employees I don't think there is a reason we should bespending almost 3 hours trying to get food! Granddaughter birthday. Lots of good food. TVs were a bit loud for us to hear each other. Staff was great and they worked as a... team bringing out our orders and keeping up with our late arrivals orders also. We weren't disappointed. Read more
Sorry to say, but this place lived up to its reviews - the bad ones. First impression after sitting down is that it's very loud... and uncomfortable, due to the cacophony of many TVs simultaneously blasting. The worst part was still to come. The server, Alex,was very sweet. However the food took an hour to arrive, and their signature food, the wings, were cold. After waiting an hour,I thought it was worth trying anyway, but they were not only cold, they were hard, and tasted so terrible they were inedible. Iwas famished and still couldn't eat them. I stole my neighbor's fries and they were excellent. Alex was apologetic and didn'tcharge for the wings. I hope that either the place improves or Alex finds an environment worthy of her people skills. Read more
