We drive from St.Helens to come to this location. We were just there and a wonderful young man named Kenny helped us. I just... wanted to give him a huge shout out. His customer service skills are amazing. If I was still in the restaurant business I wouldtry to hire him for my restaurant. This young man was very patient with my husband's order and did everything with a smile. It'sbeen years since we've had such good service. Kudos Kenny never change! Read more

Food is fine. Bad service because there was only three workers. Owners need to get their act together. Hire more people or pay... them more. It?s not hard. Read more

This location has gone downhill in a most serious manner and either needs MAJOR reform or should be SHUT DOWN. We will not... return to KFC/A&W. My last review included a photo and description of a hamburger which included a product label dropped in theinside middle of my burger. When I returned to the store and spoke to the manager, it was handled quickly. Last night wasworse. Our order of 2 meals included 2 LARGE orders of french fries. We got no fries. When the lack of fries was brought up, wewere told it was our problem. Two staff members decided to argue with us despite our receipt indicating 2 fries. No apology, no"I'm sorry. I'll get these right to you." A 3rd employee jumped in and offered us only 1 order of fries. We finally got anorder of 2 SMALL fries. We held up the drive-thru trying to get this order correct but finally left in disgust. This store needsmajor training in customer service and fulfilling orders. KFC/A&W has lost our business. The cashier V...obviously cant listen. Didn't listen to my husband giving her his order. Said it was for here. Received it as to... go. Husband asked for ketchup, said it was in the bag. Got to table, no ketchup. Both sandwiches were covered so much of spiceysauce dripping on his and mustard on mine. Sandwiches were messy to eat. Tables weren't clean. Only picked up. We didn't get exactly what we ordered & there was no way to have them correct it, without going back thru the Drive Thru again.... No walk in customers, making it difficult!! They don't seem to listen to what customers want & ???? make everything the sameway, unfortunately! I have An Onion allergy which I explained & they seemed to understand, but our order was incorrect! The staff are super friendly, great people, but the chicken sandwiches were dry, chewy and just awful. Seriously management, you... gotta have a standard. Check what you're handing out to people and throw away what's been sitting out too long. Read more
