The person working up until closing was very helpful. I appreciate the great service he gave, even at closing time (which is 1/2... hour earlier than indicated on the app.). The food was mostly good, but not all the veggies were fresh, especially thecucumbers. I tried calling this place before driving there to ask about an online order I was about to place, to be sure they'dstill be open when I arrived. There was no answer after at least 10 rings. Matt & his whole crew during the closing shift on 9/19 we're AWESOME! We came in with our whole volleyball team after a game,... and they served us with nothing but great attitudes and great sandwiches. This whole team deserves a raise, they all had suchgreate customer service and helped our team of girls in a swift & timely manner. We will definitely be stopping here after ourgames in the future! The guy behind the counter, I didn't catch his name, is an absolute hero under pressure. Completely not fair for him to be... working by himself on a Sunday night with mobile orders/curbside still able to be sent through but he definitely needs a raisebecause getting slammed with mobile orders, and walk in traffic he kept his composure and stayed accurate with orders. Went there today wednesday @ 4:15 PM and ordered 2 subs and a diet coke and went to pay for the order with a $100 dollar bill... and was told they cant accept any thing more $20 and then was told we needed to cash our $100 @ the liquor store ( which meanswe would of had to purchase alcohol to get the money to pay for our meal,and No Where does it state that no Bill's larger than$20 ,both employers were extremely rude about this!!! So today I made a mobile order and I ordered a steak and cheese sub. I was pretty excited as it was the first thing I will be... eating all day however, I got back to my office and I found out that my steak and cheese sub only has the veggies in the sauce Ihave ordered with it. There was no meat and no cheese and it was burnt I have tried contacting the subway to see what happenbecause I?m not mad But I want to know why this is has happened to me for the third time I am very upset with the money I havewasted as well as the amount I?m time I?ve called.
