Do not buy the group golfer vouchers...if you don't use them.They do not honor the value of the voucher!!! They are only good... for 1 round of golf.you lose 50 dollars of your hard earned money.Very unprofessional. Other resorts (Maguires by caddilac didnot honor the voucher but lets you use the full value of voucher.For reservation, just have to pay difference. ) Read more
We stayed for 2 nights in a 2 bedroom Villa. Very roomy and the 2 bathrooms was a bonus. The carriage ride was very nice and... we saw alot of elk. The dinner was amazing and the staff and tour guide made it so enjoyable. I would definitely recommendthis to my friends and family! Read more

We came here on a tour bus and can't say enough about our trip. The people were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and... spacious. While taking a horse carriage ride to dinner we saw several elk. Dinner was so amazing! The food was fantastic andplentiful. I will be back. Read more
Went for a few days to golf and relax. The golf course is in great shape and was a pleasure to play. This is a great course for... whatever your handicap is. The restaurant serves awesome food. The accommodations could use a little update but still nice. Read more
When I think of a resort I think of an upscale place with all the amenities. Thunder Bay Resort is not that. What it is actually... is a decent golf course (with some tricky memorable holes), a limited menu restaurant, and a nice lodging for golfers with asuite featuring 2 bedrooms kitchen and living room. The deck outside was covered and had 4 chairs and a good view. If my bedwasn't rock hard I would say that the lodging was the best part of my stay. If you want a fine dining experience be prepared todrive a half hour or more since Thunder Bay Resort is in the proverbial middle of nowhere. On the plus side the staff wasfriendly and efficient. LOVED this place! Was the 1st time there and we used a Group Golfer deal which was AWESOME!! Course was in great shape! The... room, even though a little dated, was pretty sweet! Right on the 2nd hole! Staff was really cool! Food was good! Definitelywill come back! Hoping to get a group with RV's to hang out and golf! Read more
