Best Wendy's EVER!! I bought a large chili, AND THE CUP WAS FULL!!!! Every other Wendy's, every other time, the chili cup is... only full to within an inch if the top. Thats a LOT of chili you're getting ripped off on! Thanks Wendy's worker who gave me afull cup!! Read more
For some reason my kids love Wendy's, I personally don't care for any fast food. This place seems clean, ordering process via... kiosks is easy so you are not waiting at the counter for someone to show up as it seems everyone is busy preparing and handingout orders and Drive through always seems to have a long line. Their frys are always warm and seems like they don't make giantbatches but smaller batches more often. Read more
Apparently, I've been missing out on breakfast at Wendy's. I've come here the last couple of days because I have some coupons... and got the breakfast Baconator combo and the maple chicken combo. Both were delicious and the breakfast fries are amazing! Ifyou haven't tried Wendy's breakfast, its definitely worth a try. Edit: 5 stars for fastfood breakfast and 3 for overall. Read more
Absolutely horrible management- specifically the manager named Judy. I ordered 2 meals. The gentleman at the 1st window at the... register was great. The next window had a young gentleman working who was super nice, as well. However, I was handed 1 correctdrink and the other drink was incorrect. I asked him what drink this was and he said sorry and got the drink from me then closedthe window. I waved him down and said I still didn?t get my second drink. So, he corrected this and was very pleasant about it.However, I originally asked for extra dipping sauce when ordering. When I asked for it before I pulled off, the manager, Judy,became very, VERY rude.. Because of her, I will go to the Wendy?s down the street and never to this location again. The worst staff i have ever seen. The girl or atleast i think she was. Literally called me an f'in B then proceeded to flip me... off after driving away. This was all over nothing really. She kept saying hello and I was nowhere near the speaker. So when Ifinally got to the speaker she emediatly gave me the ghetto attitude and was being very rude. I will be calling corporate andmaking sure she is fired. Read more
These comments span over a few visits. I ordered sweet tea amd received mostly got ice and water, could not taste any tea and... the manager gave me this drink. when going through the drive thru the menu board is not lit up after dark, it can take a fewmins for someone to ask to take your order. went through the drive through tonight and watched a teenage gentleman stand therelooking at his cell phone for 2 to 3 mins before he acknowledged I was at the window to pay. This is one of the stores I willavoid going through in the future. Read more
This review is mostly for the cashier working today. She accidentally gave my carryout order to grubhub. Mistakes happen and I... understand that but it was like she expected me to leave empty handed. First she told me my order was delivered to my house andshowed me a receipt for grubhub that didn't even match my carryout order. I don't even think she realized her mistake. She wasacting kinda rude and like I should leave with nothing because they already made that order. I was being super nice about it. I asked for the manager and she had my food made, I'm thankful for her. I wasn't trying to waste $30 just because she letsomeone else take my food. Took about 20 min and the grubhub order the cashier tried to originally give to me was sitting ontheir counter. Read more
