Terrible service. Every time I get an iced capp from here, they don't even wipe it off and hand it to me, dripping all over the... place from the underside of the lid. Most recently, I handed it back and asked the person working the drive thru to wipe it offand she lazily wiped it off and handed it back to me, still dripping. I asked her for extra napkins and she handed me only 2napkins. Had to throw the drink away because it was dripping all over my shirt, pants, and car. This is the 2nd time I've hadthis happen in my last 3 visits. Read more

this is the worst tim hortons they have the worst customer service.
What a waste of $7. I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese bagel, a strawberry/coconut drink and a donut. I went thru the drive they,... got the order and parked about a block away to eat the meal. The bagel sandwich was gross it was lukewarm at best and the bagelwas under toasted and stale. Took a sip of the strawberry/coconut do ink and it matched the sandwich in that it was alsolukewarm. Very watered down taste of strawberry but no coconut that I could detect. Very nasty breakfast. I don?t think I willgo back any time soon. Read more
This location used to be my favorite location but recently, the service is not the way it used to be. Please next time, make... sure you have someone friendly on window whom is polite enough to respond simple hi or good morning to customer, not someone with long face and depressed looking. I ordered Timbits , without asking me they had all 10 chocolate Timbits and my largecoffee was 1/4 empty. It was just waist of money. Next time, other location is a better choice. Read more
