Came through on a Sunday morning, quick and kind service- Marcie(sorry if I spelled wrong) gave me my hot chocolate but saw the... top looked weird and replaced it before anything bad could happen to me! I love when people are good at their job. Read more
Terrible service. Every time I get an iced capp from here, they don't even wipe it off and hand it to me, dripping all over the... place from the underside of the lid. Most recently, I handed it back and asked the person working the drive thru to wipe it offand she lazily wiped it off and handed it back to me, still dripping. I asked her for extra napkins and she handed me only 2napkins. Had to throw the drink away because it was dripping all over my shirt, pants, and car. This is the 2nd time I've hadthis happen in my last 3 visits. Read more
